(616)222-0631 ext. 728
Sarah is a therapist with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from Trinity Graduate School in a beautiful suburb of Chicago. Sarah enjoys working with clients and observing their transformation. She is amazed at the resiliency of individuals and understands that there are no limitations in what an individual can overcome.
Sarah utilizes trauma-informed care, understanding that our past experiences can play a significant role in our lives but also believing that our past does not define who we are as a person, and/or what we can accomplish in life. She takes a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to therapy with a desire to provide a safe place for individuals to share and find support in their journey. Sarah is experienced in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, emotional eating, trauma, domestic violence, family conflict, and parenting support.
Sarah is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, traveling, and reading.
