Cassandra DeDoes completed her undergraduate studies at Trinity Christian College and earned her master’s degree in counseling from Cornerstone University. As a therapist, she is most fulfilled by creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood, less alone, and free to be themselves. She’s especially drawn to supporting college students and young adults, but finds meaning in working with adults of all ages and values the unique stories each person brings. Cassandra helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma and the big questions that come with identity and life direction. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and empathetic – with room for humor, creativity and honest conversations. She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches and incorporates EMDR where trauma work is needed. With a personal faith journey of her own, she is able to weave in spiritual perspectives at a client’s request in a way that supports their healing and preferences.

When Cassandra is not in the office you will find her out exploring Michigan’s trails and coastlines with her two Aussies or planning her next travel adventure.
