Quite a title and sub time. Dr. Rosenberg writes this book as a summary of her clinical approach and years of experience. She lays out a detailed plan for how you can ride a wave of feelings and find freedom on the other side. She suggests a feeling will only last 90 seconds. If we let go of negative feelings and anxiety, we can be free of their harmful impact.
I think this book is interesting because of the author’s hope and thoughtfulness. She has been a Psychologist for a lifetime and has seen humanity fall into similar mental habits. Dr Rosenberg graciously offers empowerment to find freedom to problematic thinking. Her explanation of mental and emotional health is helpful.
