Ryan earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work, graduating Magna Cum Laude from an advanced-standing program at Western Michigan University. For more than 20 years, Ryan has been practicing therapy and helping her clients gain confidence and navigate life’s many challenges. From ADHD, stress and anxiety, to the pressures of social media, comparison, relationships, perfectionism, and transitions like high school, college, and parenting, Ryan is deeply passionate about creating a safe, trusted space where individuals can cultivate positive thinking, strengthen emotional regulation, and break through personal barriers to achieve all of their goals. Ryan’s focus is on helping people find a healthy balance so they can move through their day, week, month, season, and life feeling motivated, energized, and empowered to be their best!
Ryan and her husband have four kids, including a college student, highschoolers, an elementary student, and the two best dogs in the world. She loves having a home that is the hangout spot for friends where everyone feels comfortable walking in without knocking. Ryan often has a candy bowl and multiple snacks ready at all times. In her free time, Ryan loves being outside, on the lake, running, discovering new non-dairy variations of ice cream, visiting her daughter at Michigan State, and trying every new local coffee shop!
