For over 20 years, Kelly has been invested in helping people discover courage, joy, passion and peace in their lives. She is a licensed social worker, with degrees from Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and Western Michigan University. She also has advanced training in Grief Therapy, EMDR, Complex PTSD, Enneagram, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) therapy.

Kelly specializes in grief, supporting loss and life transitions due to illness, death, divorce, spirituality, and interpersonal conflicts. She supports her clients through a framework of companioning grief and helping to integrate their loss into their story. Additional areas of interest include leadership, women’s health, spirituality, and consultation for other therapists. Kelly weaves the lens of trauma in all of her work, guiding her clients to understand the somatic, personal, and relational impact. Utilizing trauma and somatic therapies, client will learn how to regulate their nervous systems, reintegrate their fractured parts, and restory their lives to come back to their full sense of personhood.
