How Does It Work?

When you set up a counseling appointment, you will receive an email invitation with a link to follow at your appointment time.  Find a comfortable and private spot and you will be connected with your therapist. Sessions are still the same amount of time and the best part is that you can use your insurance to cover the cost of the session.
